其實我地既創辦人係一個SPORT CARD收藏家同埋TCG玩家, 知道大家都會想抽卡/買福袋, 但偏偏係市場上又唔知邊個信得過. 到底會唔會賣晒D廢野又補貨? 到底係咪真係有大獎? 而大家都一定收收埋埋好多卡, 又未必張張都係自己鍾意既人/角色. 咁我地就諗到, 不如比個平台大家賣啦. 唔洗租完格仔鋪, 人地又信你唔過, 仲可以唔洗比人用賤價收你既卡.

咁我地就提供一SUBMIT自己福袋既服務, 你提供資料相片, 我地幫你上架包裝寄出, 仲要係賣得出先收錢. 買家角度又唔洗擔心我地會補貨/收埋大獎, 因為咁樣對我地係冇用的, 只會損壞自己聲譽.

順便介紹下個名, 如果有睇開人地開卡, 都會聽到的BREAKER講BANGER呢個字. 即係=好_勁, 希望大家都開到好_勁既卡. 

BangerCard 目標：

我們致力打造最公平公正公開且透明度高既抽卡平台, 令大家唔洗再比不良商家呃, 因為我地話幾多口就幾多口,唔會補貨, 大獎細獎機率都一樣, 

我地仲提供一個平台比大家都可以推出自己既福袋, 我地仲會有專人檢查每張卡真偽, 如有懷疑一律不賣.從而希望令大家賣得開心,抽得放心.

注意事項：

  • 所有Mystery Box/Card Break產品均不接受直接支付交易, 只能以store credit換取

  • 絕不接受假卡, 有專人審核, 如有發現將會保留追究責任

  • 貨品上架前,貨品需交由 BangerCard 妥善保管直至全部賣出, 所有卡片一但送到BangerCard將不會退還, 除非BangerCard對卡片有疑慮.

  • 所有卡片一但送到BangerCard, BangerCard均不會為卡況負責, 如卡況太差, 將會以運費到付形式把全部卡片退還到賣家手中,請確保出售的卡卡況良好

  • BangerCard不能保證所有卡100%完美無暇, 但會以最好狀況保存及處理

  • 基於卡況與價值很大關系, 而且是已抽取形式進行, BangerCard所有售出之貨品, 均不獲退款.

  • 福袋價錢/內容如有問題, 提交表格後將會有專人聯絡, 如不合理, 將不會上架

  • 建議: 最少有10%是大獎 30-50%是中獎 其餘的也應有相當的價值. 

  • Banger Card不會保證最後一抽一定有大獎, 因為有可能大獎在之前已被抽到.

  • Card Break不會保證有指定卡, 你買的只是球員/隊伍的SPOT, 只會在該盒中開出你所買的SPOT才會得到卡片(例如:你在隨機抽取中抽中了MESSI SPOT, 但沒有開出任何MESSI的卡, 將會獲得隨機卡片一張, 但如果開出MESSI簽名卡, 將會屬於你)

    Important notes：

    Counterfeit cards are strictly unaccepted. Dedicated personnel will review them. If discovered, we reserve the right to pursue liability.

    Before the goods are listed, they must be handed over to BangerCard for proper safekeeping until completely sold out. Once sent to BangerCard, all cards will not be returned, unless BangerCard has concerns about the cards.

    BangerCard cannot guarantee that all cards are 100% flawless, but will keep and handle them in the best possible condition.

    Once all cards are sent to BangerCard, BangerCard will not be responsible for the card condition. If the card condition is too poor, all cards will be returned to the seller via freight collect (cash on delivery).

    Because card condition is highly related to value, and because they are conducted in a drawing format, all goods sold by BangerCard are non-refundable.

    If there are issues with the price/contents of the mystery bag, dedicated personnel will contact you after the form is submitted. If it is unreasonable, it will not be listed.

    Suggestion: At least 10% should be grand prizes, 30-50% medium prizes, and the rest should also have considerable value.

    BangerCard does not guarantee that the final draw will definitely have a grand prize, because it is possible that the grand prize was already drawn earlier.

    Card Break does not guarantee getting a card; you are only buying the SPOT of a player/team. You will only get the card if your purchased SPOT is pulled from that box (Example: You got the MESSI SPOT by ramdomize, but if no MESSI cards are pulled, you will get a ramdon cards. If a MESSI autograph card is pulled, it will belong to you).

    If you do not understand how Card Break works, please understand it clearly first.

BANGER CARD - COMPREHENSIVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (T&C)

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or purchasing any products or services (including but not limited to Card Breaks, Mystery Bags, and Consignment Services) on BangerCard (the "Website"), you explicitly agree to be bound by these comprehensive Terms and Conditions ("T&C"). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions set forth herein, you are strictly prohibited from using this Website or participating in any of our services. BangerCard reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these T&C at its sole discretion without prior notice.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND AGE RESTRICTION By agreeing to these T&C, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence (typically 18 years of age or older). Participation in Card Breaks and Mystery Bags involves elements of chance. Minors may only use this Website under the direct supervision and with the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian. BangerCard reserves the right to request proof of age and cancel orders if underage purchasing is suspected.

3. STRICT NO-REFUND & ALL SALES FINAL POLICY Due to the highly volatile nature of the trading card market, the direct correlation between card condition and value, and the randomized/blind-draw format of our services, ALL SALES ARE STRICTLY FINAL. 3.1. Under no circumstances will BangerCard issue refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credits for purchased spots, opened products, or mystery bags. 3.2. Chargeback Protection: By making a purchase, you agree NOT to file a chargeback or dispute with your credit card company or bank. Since the products are randomized, not receiving a desired card or player does not constitute "item not received" or "item not as described." Any fraudulent chargeback attempts will result in an immediate permanent ban from the Website and potential legal action to recover lost funds and associated fees.

4. CARD BREAK MECHANICS AND DISCLAIMERS A "Card Break" refers to the process where BangerCard opens sealed trading card products on live stream or video for users who have purchased a specific "SPOT." 4.1. No Guarantee of Physical Cards: Purchasing a SPOT in a Card Break ONLY guarantees your ownership of the rights to a specific player, team, or category within that specific box/case. It DOES NOT guarantee that you will receive any physical trading cards. 4.2. Hit Allocation: You will solely receive cards if your purchased SPOT (e.g., Player or Team) is physically pulled from that specific box. For example, if you purchased the "MESSI SPOT," you will receive any and all cards featuring Messi (such as base cards, parallels, or autographs) pulled from that break. If no Messi cards are pulled, you receive nothing. 4.3. The "Skunk" Rule (No Hits): If your corresponding player or team is not pulled during the break, you acknowledge that you will not receive any cards. All fees paid are non-refundable. However, as a courtesy, users who do not hit any cards will receive free shipping on their next order. 4.4. Understanding of the Game: By participating, you acknowledge that you fully understand the mechanics of a Card Break. Ignorance of the rules will not be accepted as a valid reason for disputes or refunds.

5. MYSTERY BAG (FUKUBUKURO) POLICY 5.1. Draw Mechanics: Mystery bags are sold in a blind-draw format. BangerCard explicitly states and the user acknowledges that purchasing a mystery bag does not guarantee a Grand Prize (Top Hit). 5.2. Probability & Payouts: Because mystery bags are drawn progressively, it is entirely possible that all Grand Prizes have already been drawn by previous participants. BangerCard does not guarantee that the final draw, or any specific draw, will contain a top-tier card. 5.3. Seller Submissions: For sellers submitting mystery bags for consignment, BangerCard strongly recommends a fair distribution structure: a minimum of 10% Grand Prizes, 30-50% Medium Prizes, with the remaining contents holding considerable market value. 5.4. Right of Refusal: BangerCard personnel will review all mystery bag submissions. If the price-to-value ratio or content structure is deemed unreasonable, unfair, or misleading, BangerCard reserves the absolute right to refuse the listing.

6. SELLER CONSIGNMENT AND CUSTODY RULES 6.1. Zero Tolerance for Counterfeits: Counterfeit, altered, or replica cards are strictly unaccepted. Dedicated personnel will professionally review all submitted items. If fake cards are discovered, BangerCard will confiscate the items, permanently ban the seller, and reserves the right to pursue full civil and criminal legal liability against the seller. 6.2. Mandatory Custody: Before any goods are officially listed on the Website, the physical items must be handed over to BangerCard for proper safekeeping. We will retain full custody of the items until they are completely sold out. 6.3. No Return Once Submitted: Once cards are sent to and accepted by BangerCard for a break or mystery bag listing, they will not be returned to the seller, ensuring the integrity of the break/draw for buyers. The only exception is if BangerCard explicitly raises concerns regarding the authenticity or condition of the cards prior to listing.

7. CARD CONDITION AND GRADING DISCLAIMER 7.1. Condition Not Guaranteed: While BangerCard stores, handles, and ships all items with the utmost professional care, we CANNOT guarantee that all cards are 100% "flawless," "gem mint," or "perfect." 7.2. Factory Defects: Cards come directly from manufacturer packs or third-party sellers. They may contain factory defects, print lines, soft corners, centering issues, or minor wear. BangerCard is not responsible for the printing quality or condition of cards fresh from sealed packs. 7.3. Rejection of Poor Condition Consignments: Once sellers send cards to BangerCard, we are not responsible for any damage sustained during transit to us. If our reviewers determine that the submitted cards are in extremely poor condition or do not match the described value, the entire batch will be rejected and returned to the seller via Freight Collect (Cash on Delivery).

8. SHIPPING, HANDLING, AND RISK OF LOSS 8.1. Transfer of Risk: All items purchased from BangerCard are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you (the buyer) upon our delivery of the package to the postal carrier or courier (e.g., SF Express, FedEx, local postal services). 8.2. Lost or Damaged Mail: BangerCard is strictly not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit by third-party shipping carriers. We highly recommend buyers purchase shipping insurance for high-value hits. 8.3. Address Accuracy: It is the buyer's sole responsibility to provide a correct and secure shipping address. BangerCard will not issue refunds or replacements for items sent to an incorrect address provided by the user.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, BangerCard, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website, participation in Card Breaks/Mystery Bags, or the purchase of any products. We are not responsible for manufacturer errors (e.g., boxes missing guaranteed autographs, expired redemption cards, or damaged cards straight from the manufacturer).

10. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless BangerCard and its personnel from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions, your fraudulent actions, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
